When students would like to contact the Academic Advising Center, they should use the AAC General Inquiry Form. Students are also encouraged to check the FAQ, as it might answer simple questions without contacting the Academic Advising Team.
To protect students’ privacy, the Inquiry Form requires that students log in by using their RAINBOW ID and password.
The Inquiry Form covers HTML format and enables file upload if necessary. Students are highly encouraged to provide as many details as possible when contacting the AAC for efficient communication.
Upon receiving students’ inquiries, one of the academic advisors will respond within two (2) business days. It does not include weekends, national holidays, Summer, Winter, and other university closure periods.
Parents, prospective students, and/or other third parties are asked to contact the GLA Office as the initial contact point.
