Advising Appointment for Current Students

To schedule an appointment, students should submit the online Advising Appointment Request Form. To protect students’ privacy, the Request Form requires that students log in by using their RAINBOW ID and password.

Students are also encouraged to check the FAQ, as it might answer simple questions without contacting the Academic Advising Team.

The Advising Appointment Request Form covers HTML format and enables file upload if necessary. Students are highly encouraged to provide as many details as possible when contacting the AAC for efficient communication.

Upon receiving students’ requests, one of the academic advisors will respond within two (2) business days. It does not include weekends, national holidays, Summer, Winter, and other university closure periods.

Appointments are available between 10:00-17:00, Monday through Friday. Each advising slot typically lasts for 30 minutes.

Students must arrive for the appointment on time, either online or in person. Please be aware that students who are more than 10 minutes late to their appointment will have to reschedule due to the high demand for advising appointments and time constraints.

When the advising appointment is completed, students will receive advising summaries from their academic advisors via the Academic Advising Database by the end of the day. Students are responsible for reading the summary in time and taking follow-up actions as necessary.

Parents, prospective students, and/or other third parties are asked to contact the GLA Office as the initial contact point.
