Advanced Micro/Nano System Technology Research Center aims to utilize research in the micro/nano fields, mainly MEMS, to create the next generation of micro/nano devices that will achieve a "safe and secure society" and a "low-environmental-burden society." The Center will contribute and return results to society from the standpoint of manufacturing.
