Research Center for Sport and Health Science

Research Center for Sport and Health Science is a "government-industry-academia-citizen partnership site in the field of sports and health." The Center conducts joint research with companies outside the University, local municipalities, and research institutions in order to develop the sports and health industry and improve the quality of the daily lives of the nation's citizens. Researchers from all colleges are affiliated with the Center, and conduct a wide range of research and development, from commercializing services related to sports and health to the development of products, including improvement of sports competitiveness, prevention of adult-onset diseases, and improving the quality of life of the elderly.
