Ritsumeikan Global Innovation Research Organization (R-GIRO) places great emphasis on developing young researchers who are responsible for future generations. Research projects selected under R-GIRO Research Programs have proactively employed young researchers so that they can play a part in the promotion of research projects.

R-GIRO holds a Rice Ball Seminar for Ritsumeikan University’s faculty and staff members, young researchers, and graduate and undergraduate students, in which research results are presented and discussions are conducted among participants over lunch.
