We are pleased to announce the opening of the website of the Space and Earth Exploration Research Center (ESEC) at Ritsumeikan University.

ESEC is Japan's first research organization dedicated to the expansion of the human sphere of existence on the Moon and planets, and to the development of space exploration and infrastructure that will serve as a base for exploration in advance of the construction of future habitats and living areas.

Researchers specializing in various fields belong to ESEC with the common vision of "contributing to the maintenance and expansion of the human sphere of existence.

In order to make the activities of the Research Center known to as many people as possible, this website will provide information on the projects being pursued by the Research Center, research announcements related to space and earth exploration, and information on events.
