Profile
Minoru Nishinobo holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Osaka Prefecture University. He began his professional career in the private sector, working for several companies—including Hitachi Electronic Services (now Hitachi Systems), ODK Solutions, and Doshisha Corporation—where he was engaged in human resources and organizational management. Motivated by a desire to bridge management theory and organizational practice, he moved into academia. He served as a Lecturer and subsequently as an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Business Administration, Setsunan University, and expanded his international research experience as a Visiting Researcher at the National University of Singapore Business School. He has been a Professor at the Graduate School of Technology Management, Ritsumeikan University since 2026, where he engages in education and research that integrates theory with practice.
