On Sunday, April 19, 2026, the 21st Kansai Junior and Senior High School Girls’ Lacrosse Spring Tournament (Preliminary Round, Day 1) was held, and our school’s girls’ lacrosse team faced Takigawa Junior and Senior High School.

Our team set a goal of “25 goals scored and 0 conceded,” and remained fully focused until the very end, giving their all to each and every play. For the third-year high school students, this was also the opening match of their final tournament, and the entire team shared the commitment to “value every single ball” as they took to the field.

From the early stages of the match, the team took control on both offense and defense, dominating their opponents throughout. The final score was an emphatic 33–0, far exceeding their initial target, securing a शानदार victory and an ideal start to the tournament.

Looking ahead to the next match, team captain Rinka Terashima commented with determination, “We will stay focused in our daily practices and further strengthen our fundamentals, such as communication and our persistence in chasing loose balls.”

With gratitude to everyone who continually supports them, the girls’ lacrosse team will keep striving with full effort to remain a team that earns and deserves support.

The next match will be held on Wednesday, April 29 (national holiday) at 9:30 a.m. on our school’s No. 1 Ground, where they will face Josho Gakuen Senior High School. We warmly invite you to come and support the team in person.
