Laos/ Thai / Indonesia Students Participate in SAKURA Exchange Program in Science online_DAY2 2021

Presentation by international students
Toma Rani Majumder and Furoida Andriani made presentation about their research, laboratories, life in Japan, friends and their hobbies.
Experience of Japanese culture
We prepare 3 kinds of online experiences:KYOTO VIRTUAL TOUR, KARATE, JAPANESE CONVERSATION LESSON for participants to be immersed in Japanese culture and history for 1 hour.
KYOTO VIRTUAL TOUR
Participants visited many historical world famous places in Kyoto with a professional tour guide.
KARATE
Participants learned forms of KARATE and performed together.
JAPANESE CONVERSATION CLASS
Participants learned how to introduce yourself in Japanese and adjectives.
They had QUIZ battle of Japanese adjectives in the end of lesson.
Group Presentation
After group discussion on DAY1, each group leader made a presentation about what they learned and discussed about special lecture by prof. Togashi. Prof. Togashi also gave feed backs to students.
Closing
Vice dean Prof. Nishizawa gave a short speech at closing ceremony. Some supervisors also made some comments. Hope everyone had a fruitful experience through this online event. Look forward to seeing participants in person in Sakura Exchange Program in Science 2022!
