Junior High IP Course Field Trip to Lake Biwa

On Monday, July 11, we went to Lake Biwa for the junior high school IP course. Lake Biwa is the largest lake in Japan.
This was the second year since the IP course started, and the second-year students took the lead in planning the event in order to deepen friendship with the first-year students in the course. In kayaking, men and women paired up to go out on the lake and had an experience unique to Lake Biwa. At the BBQ, the students enjoyed working together as a group, starting from making the fire. In the afternoon activities, the second-year students took the lead and had a great time playing games that everyone could enjoy. Blessed with fine weather, the students were able to spend a fulfilling day.
