Professor U. Aytun Ozturk Named to Editorial Board of Humanities and Social Sciences Communications

Professor U. Aytun Ozturk joined the editorial board of Humanities and Social Sciences Communications in October.

The journal, an open-access Nature Portfolio title published by Springer Nature, was called Palgrave Communications until 2020. Its 2025 Journal Impact Factor is 4.8, and it ranks 9th out of 275 journals in the Social Sciences, Interdisciplinary category.

Professor Ozturk will be responsible for overseeing manuscript submissions in his principal areas of expertise, which include operations research, management science, data science, business analytics, and applied machine learning.
