1. Important Schedule: Thursday, September 4 at 6:30 a.m.
① Check your graduation eligibility via Manaba+R.
② ALL graduating students must complete the survey sent by the GLA Office following the announcement on graduation eligibility. This survey will also serve to confirm your attendance at the ceremony.
2. Ceremony Details
We invite you and your family to join us for
the RU Graduation Ceremony, followed by the GLA Degree Conferral Ceremony and
Reception Party.
Please note:
Non-graduating students are also welcome to attend. However, seats are prioritized for graduates, their families, and faculty, and seating for non-graduating students is not guaranteed.
Ⅰ. Ritsumeikan University Graduation Ceremony

3. Items You Will Receive at the GLA Degree Conferral Ceremony
l Diploma (1 copy)
l Certificate of Graduation (English, 1 copy)
l Official Transcript (English, 1 copy)
l Graduation Gifts
Note:
Students who wish to receive additional copies of certificates must make a reservation at a certificate issuing machine. Detailed procedures will be available on the following website on September 4.

4. What to Do in Case of Absence
If you are unable to attend the ceremonies, the University will mail your diploma and related documents to your home address. Shipping costs are your responsibility. For more details, please refer to the email from the GLA Office sent after the announcement on graduation eligibility.

5. Rental / Purchase of the Ritsumeikan University Gown
The OIC Co-op shop will offer gown rentals and sales. If you wish to rent or purchase a gown, please see the attached flyer and apply using the following link.

For those who have completed the dual degree program, ANU gowns will be available for photo shoots at the GLA Reception Party.
6. Important Notes
l There is no formal dress code, but please dress in formal attire appropriate for the ceremonies.
l Parents and family members are welcome to attend the ceremonies. If they come from a country or region that requires a visa, they must obtain a “short-term stay” visa in advance. Check details on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Website（External Link）.
* The University does not issue documents to support the visa application. Please present a screenshot of this page as necessary.
卒業式および、グローバル教養学部の学位授与式が開催されます。卒業該当生の皆さんは是非ご出席ください。
みなさまの大切な門出となるこの日をともにお祝いできることを、心より楽しみにしております。
以下、卒業式および学位授与式に関わる重要なお知らせを記載しておりますので、必ず最後までお読みください。
1. 今後の流れ
① 9月4日（木）6:30a.m.：卒業合否発表 ※manaba+Rで通知
② 卒業合否発表以降に事務室から送付するメールを確認し、卒業者対象サーベイに回答してください（締切厳守）。
→このサーベイは卒業式の出欠確認を兼ねていますので、回答必須です。
2. 学位授与式に関する詳細
学部合同で卒業式を行った後、学部ごとに学位授与式を行います。卒業生およびご家族の参加が可能です。
※在学生も入場可能です。ただし、座席は卒業生とそのご家族、教員が優先となりますので、座席がない場合は立ち見となります。

2通以上証明書が必要な場合、9月4日に下記サイトに公開される追加証明書発行の案内に基づき期日までに申請してください。

4. 欠席する場合
卒業式および学位授与式に欠席する場合は、式典終了後に順次学位記および証明書等を郵送します。詳細は、卒業合否発表以降に事務室から送付するメールをご確認ください。

５．立命館大学のガウンレンタル・購入について
OIC生協が立命館大学のガウンのレンタルを実施します。詳しくは、添付のフライヤーを確認のうえ、以下申込リンクより期限までにお申し込みください。

※ANUのガウンは、学部懇談会にて写真撮影用に複数着用意しており、デュアル・ディグリープログラム完了者が着用できます。数が少なく、写真撮影後すぐに次の方へ譲って頂くこととなりますので、常時着用はできません。
６．留意事項
l 服装に指定はありませんが、正装（卒業式に相応しい恰好）でお越しください。
l ご家族の方々もご入場可能です。ご家族が海外から来日される場合、在留資格「短期滞在」を申請、取得する必要があります。詳細は、外務省のウェブサイト（外部サイトへ移動します）をご確認下さい。
また、本学からvisa申請に係る書類は発行しておりませんので、必要に応じてこのページのスクリーンショット等を申請時にご利用ください。
