On March 26, 2019, the inauguration ceremony to celebrate the completion of the new campus floor of the College of Global Liberal Arts (GLA) took place on RU’s Osaka Ibaraki Campus (OIC). We’re all looking forward to welcoming the new students starting our dual-degree program on this floor in April.
