Support for Student Intake in Response to the Invasion of Ukraine

Ritsumeikan has established the Ritsumeikan Charter, and as an Academy that upholds peace, democracy, and non-violence, we have been promoting fundraising activities and efforts to accept displaced persons in response to the invasion of Ukraine. Ritsumeikan University and Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University will accept students who are unable to continue their education and research in Ukraine (including neighboring countries and regions) due to the military invasion, and we will provide assistance to current students and other persons. We are able to provide this support thanks to the generosity of donors including Yasuhiro Wakebayashi, the Chairman and Founder of Nihon M&A Center, Inc. and Distinguished Guest of the Ritsumeikan Trust.
