Ritsumeikan University Commencement Ceremonies Academic year 2025 (to be held in March 2026)(3rd Notice)
The Ritsumeikan University Graduation Ceremony and Graduate School Degree Conferment Ceremony for the academic year 2025 will take place as described below.
We plan to organize the graduation ceremony and graduate school degree conferment ceremony in a manner which will allow both graduating students and their family members to attend them in person at the campus venue.
Overview of the Commencement Ceremony
*Please be seated at the ceremony venue at least 10 minutes before the start of the ceremony.

As shown below, graduation and degree certificates will be awarded by your faculty or graduate school before and after the graduation and degree conferral ceremonies.
Please be sure to bring your seal (for receipt), student ID, and writing implements.
※Colleges and graduate schools that have multiple classrooms will send separate notices to their graduates. Please check the classrooms you are eligible to attend in those notices (For College of Letters and Graduate School of Letters, the information is also available at the link below).
※If your family will be attending a graduation ceremony at a faculty or graduate school that is held in multiple classrooms and allows family members to attend, please ask your son or daughter which classrooms are available.
