The Ritsumeikan University September 2026 Graduation Ceremony and Graduate School Degree Conferment Ceremony will take place as described below in a manner which will allow graduating students and their family members to attend them in person at the campus venue.

We ask for your kind understanding and cooperation in advance with regard to the following measures.

Overview of the graduation ceremony and graduate school degree conferment ceremony

• Attendee: All college and graduate school students
• Date and time: Thursday, September 23, 2026, from 10:30 a.m. to 11:10 a.m.
• Venue: Building B, Grand Hall, Osaka Ibaraki Campus
  *Please take a seat at the venue at least 10 minutes before the start of the ceremony.

Conferment of graduation certificates and diplomas

Graduation certificates and diplomas will be conferred following the graduation ceremony and graduate school degree conferment ceremony by the graduating student’s college or graduate school. Please make sure to bring your seal (for receipt of confirmation), student identification card, and writing utensils.

*The starting time may be delayed depending on when the graduation ceremony and graduate school degree conferment ceremony ends.

For attendees

• There is no parking lot available for attendees of the graduation ceremony and graduate school degree conferment ceremony. Please use public transportation.
