Ritsumeikan Uji High School is committed to offering a global education based on rigorous standards. Graduates have the option of matriculating to one of the Ritsumeikan University campuses, including Ritsumeikan University and Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University, or of applying to colleges and universities outside of the Ritsumeikan family. The IB Course prepares students to seek admissions at top colleges and universities around the world, and students from the IB program have a strong track record of success at both domestic and international tertiary destinations. In addition, students in the IM Course matriculate to both overseas and domestic universities in addition to Ritsumeikan University.The charts below show overseas and domestic tertiary matriculations for IB and IM Course students. From Ritsumeikan University to prestigious overseas universities, our students advance to universities around the world.
Because of Ritsumeikan Uji's unique international style of integrated education, in addition to advancing internally to either Ritsumeikan University and Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University (APU), some of our students, mainly those in the IB and IM courses, choose to advance to universities overseas. Many of our graduates have already entered universities around the world and are now active players in the international arena.
