Career Navi 2: Introducing university studies to high school students
"I now have a clearer picture of what university life is like and the appeal of studying at a university, which had been vague to me."
"I now have a clearer vision of what I will study at the university and how I will contribute to society in the future."
~These were the impressions of students at the "Career Navi 2" (university undergraduate information session) held from September 26 to 30. At Career Navi 2, teachers from all 16 faculties of Ritsumeikan University and the Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University come to the school during one week to talk about their undergraduate studies and university life. At most of the venues, students listened to the lecturers' talks with great enthusiasm.
While keeping a "bird's eye" view of the future, I hope that you will also keep an "insect's eye" in mind as you tackle the challenges of learning and other tasks that lie ahead of you in order to carve out your own career path (compass) and make this "Career Navi" a step toward creating a rich future for yourself.
Autumn of Learning" is here.
