High school students teach presentations to local public junior high schools
On Friday, October 7, nine of our students visited Obaku Junior High School, a local public junior high school.
The visit was part of the project-based learning program being undertaken at Obaku Junior High School. The students introduced the projects they are working on in the "Core Inquiry" program, and then listened to presentations by each group of junior high school students and gave them feedback. During the feedback time, Our high school students not only gave advice and feedback on the junior high students' presentations, but also answered their questions about high school life, making the time mutually meaningful.
This project was made possible through the efforts of one of our graduates who teaches at Obaku Junior High School. We believe that the students were able to feel the connection with the alumni as well as the cooperation between the middle and high schools.
