High School Senior Elective Class "Food Design" New Agricultural Possibilities - Ezura Farm's Approach

 We are pleased to announce that Yoko Ezura, a graduate of our school, gave an online class.
 She gave a class from Hokkaido in the third year of high school in the Food Design class.
 Eleven years after starting his farming business, she is now active enough to appear in advertisements for various companies, and is working to expand the potential of farming in Engaru Town, Hokkaido. She has been expanding her volunteer farming activities at Ezura Farm to the surrounding areas, exploring sustainable agriculture, and has opened not only a farmer's inn but also a restaurant using freshly picked vegetables. The students were dazzled by his energetic daily life with farming and family.
 Tasting the Shirataki potatoes that were sent to them, the students listened intently to the interesting talk as they felt the earth of Hokkaido.
