IG course: "Food Design" Classes by national consumer affairs counselors

     In a third-year high school food design class, students are creating POPs for products that incorporate food knowledge that will benefit consumers. To further deepen their learning, the students were asked to take a specialized class. They conducted a food mileage survey of food products, an experiment to determine the sugar content of beverages using a sugar meter, and an experiment to extract vitamin C from various foods. The students were surprised at the results of comparing their own sense of taste with the results of the experiments using the sugar meter. We will actively use the knowledge we have learned in selecting foods and will strive to make proposals to society. The excellent works will be exhibited at the Co-op, so please come and see them.
