The business plan developed by our third-year students (Fuka Kaneko, Wakana Morisugi, and Yui Sugimoto) won the Gold Prize in the 2023 Business Plan Contest sponsored by the Department of Career Development, Faculty of Career Development, Kyoto Koka Women's University, and was awarded by the Dean of the Career Development Faculty of Kyoto Koka Women's University on October 30 in the school's Memorial Room. The business plan is called Yamato Rouge.

The content of the business plan was to propose a colorful nursing food using purple corn called Yamato Rouge, which does not contain any additives, and to present its implementation, questionnaire survey, and future prospects.
