"India's International Movement to Unite Nations" (IIMUN) event in Tokyo

Between November 24-26, ten IB2 students attended the "India's International Movement to Unite Nations" (IIMUN) event in Tokyo. During the three days of this Model United Nations event, students discussed a diverse array of topics such as gender neutrality, the digital divide, and carbon offsetting.

Our students displayed great understanding of their representative topics, cooperated effectively with their fellow delegates, and exhibited advanced debate skills while successfully writing resolutions and working papers, which are standard practices at an MUN. Three of our students successfully engaged with the challenges of journalism and graphic design, completing articles, pamphlets, and a video documentation of the event, developing valuable skills through their tasks.

One of our students, Rin Murakoso was awarded a best delegate recognition called "High Commendation" for his advanced discussion and diplomatic skills.
