Nanaho Yamaguchi, a junior high school student, participated in the Youth Olympic Games held in Gangwon-do, South Korea, from January 19 to February 1 as a member of the Japanese women's ice hockey team and won a silver medal!

As vice-captain, Yamaguchi played in all four games and contributed greatly to the team.
