On December 13, 2023 (Wed) and January 20, 2024 (Sat), we conducted a career planning program called "Class + R" targeting second-year high school students.

Class + R is a collaboration with the Ritsumeikan University Alumni Association. In December, students from Ritsumeikan University and APU, and in January, young professionals who graduated from Ritsumeikan University and APU, spoke to high school students. With numerous university students and young professionals appearing as lecturers, students were able to choose topics according to their interests.

Many students expressed their impressions, such as "It was a very fulfilling time!" "The talks were very interesting," and "I realized the importance of challenging myself in everything," indicating a significant impact on them. Some students were already in contact with the lecturers.

We hope for further growth among the students who have completed Class + R. We look forward to continuing various initiatives in collaboration with universities in the future.
