JH Boys Tennis Club Wins Kinki Tournament! They will participate in the National Tournament!

The 2022 Kinki Junior High School Tennis Tournament (the 49th National Junior High School Tennis Championships Kinki Regional Qualifier) was held on July 30 at the Kobe Sports Park Tennis Courts.

The team won four matches against strong Kinki opponents in the sweltering heat, and came out on top!

The 10 registered members of the team were: Takishita, Inoue, Arai, Sakamoto, Yoshikura, Nakamura, Hizume, Nai, Dogan, and Seto.    

The team will participate in the National Junior High School Tennis Championships to be held in Gunma Prefecture from August 18 to 20. We hope that they will show the results of their efforts to the fullest.

1R vs Takaishi Junior High School (Osaka) 4-1

2R vs Ritsumeikan Moriyama (Shiga) 3-1 (1 match terminated)

Semifinal vs Konan Junior High School (Hyogo) 3-2

Final. vs Ibukidai Junior High School (Hyogo) 3-0 (2 games were eliminated)
