About GLA
Taking advantage of its urban location, Osaka Ibaraki Campus(OIC) is advancing its educational programs through strengthened partnerships with industry and government organizations. As Ritsumeikan Academy's frontline for social engagement and exchange, the campus strives to enhance student development. The campus consists of six undergraduate colleges and seven graduate schools. Drawing on the unique strengths of these academic programs and campus characteristics, we have established three core educational concepts. These principles guide our ongoing campus development and educational initiatives.
OIC Global House (G-House) is an international dormitory located in Wakebayashi International Plaza at OIC. This facility was newly built to accommodate both domestic and international students, most of whom study in the GLA. G-House has 200 private rooms, with shared kitchen, dining room, and living room on each floor. It also features various spaces for international exchange that showcase Japanese culture, including a tea ceremony room, Japanese garden, and Noh theater stage.
