  1. Flow of Group 1 Medical Examination

All students must undergo a periodic Medical Examination every year.

1. Make an appointment for a Medical Examination at Kinugasa, BKC, or OIC campus

2. Answer to questionnaires

3. Get a urine test container
Come to the Ritsumeikan Medical Service Center to pick it up.

4. Receive a Medical Examination on the day and time of the appointment
Please come to the medical examination location at the time of your reservation. Be sure to bring the urine collected on the day of your medical examination.
【What to bring】
Student ID card/urine test container taken on the day of the examination/black ballpoint pen/thin, plain T-shirt (No examination clothes will be lent for chest x-rays. Patterned or lacey tops or bra tops will not be accepted. Please do not wear a dress.)


*Please make sure to wear a mask when visiting the Medical Service Center.
*If it is canceled due to worsening infectious disease epidemic, it will be posted on the Medical Service Center website.
Please check before you come to the Medical examination.
*There are stairs going up and down at the examination place. If it is difficult to go up and down the steps with a wheelchair or cane, please contact medical service center where you belong.
*Please consult with us if you need individualized attention.
*Medical certificates for job search will be issued after June for those who received on-campus medical examinations in May 2023.
