Vaccination is considered effective for preventing seasonal influenza. We will continue to offer influenza vaccinations in fiscal year 2025 with the cooperation of our partner medical institutions
If you wish to have a flu vaccination on campus, please read the notes below and make an appointment on line.

Event Outline

Eligibility for vaccination: Students who are eligible for regular medical examination (students who have received this information on manaba+R. Students currently on leave of absence or studying abroad are not eligible.)
Reservations open on Friday, October 31 at 12:30 PM.
• Log in to the health manegement system Growbase.　
• Before the reservation period begins, the “Student Influenza Vaccine / influenza vaccine” will not be visible.
　Once the available slots are filled, the corresponding dates will disappear from the schedule.
　After the reservation period starts, log in and tap the “Student Influenza Vaccine / influenza vaccine” schedule item.
　Select your preferred date and location, and complete your reservation.
• Be sure to check that you have received a confirmation email at your university email address.
• Also confirm that your reservation date appears on the Growbase schedule screen.
• If you need to reschedule or cancel, tap the appropriate option and update your reservation.
　Even in the case of cancellation, a confirmation email will be sent.
Fee: 2,000 yen, cash only. In general, influenza vaccination costs about 4,000 yen, but students can get vaccinated for 2,000 yen with the support of the Parents Education Supporters Association.

Please note the following

（1） Please avoid receiving vaccination at campus if you had severe side effects before.
（2） Please note that even if you wish to receive the flu vaccine, it may not be possible due to your health status and/or availability of the vaccine.
（3） Please remain 30 minutes after the vaccination on campus for observation, as there may be an acute adverse reaction.
（4） Bring your student ID card, a ball pen, and cash on the day. Please pay us the correct price by cash. If you do not show your student’s ID card, you cannot get the support.
（5） Please have someone as a translator if you do not speak Japanese.
