2023 Student Medical Examination Schedule

2023 Student Medical Examination starts in April .
Please check your own target group and receive a Student Medical Examination.An appointment is required for Student Medical Examination.
If you are diagnosed with COVID-19 during the implementation period or if you are identified as a close contact by the local health center and cannot attend the medical examination, please contact the Medical Service Center.

Group1
Eligible Students
①New students in 2023
②New students in 2022 who have not undergone a medical examination
③Planning training in 2023
④Undergraduates(4th year or above・6th year or above in College of Pharmaceutical Sciences・Skipping graduate)
⑤Graduate students
⑥living in international dormitory
⑦Students returning from study abroad (more than one semester of study)
*Excludes study abroad programmes other than those offered by Ritsumeikan University.
⑧Students of nationalities(Chart 1)designated by the University based on WHO information. Or, students who have answered that they have stayed in the designated country(Chart 1) for more than 6 months in the past web medical questionnaires as same as above.
*If you have special permanent resident status 
If you have not been in the country(Chart 1) designated by the university for more than 6 months and does not meet the conditions 1-6, the chest X-ray is not required and can be refused.
