Certificate of Health for job applications in 2022 .
Certificate of health for job applications (Japanese version) will be issued from Friday, May 13 via automatic certificate issuance machines for those who underwent the medical examination on campus in 2022 April.
Certificate of health for job applications will be issued from Friday, June 10 for those who underwent the medical examination on campus in 2022 May .
*Certificates will be issued to students graduating in AY2022.
*An English version of the certificate of health for job applications can be issued at the Medical Service Center.

a certificate of health, please contact the Medical Service Center. It will be
issued on the next day you apply.
