●Overview
In order to effectively utilize the functions of Institutional Research (IR), it is essential to establish research questions (RQs) that are meaningful to the university. The key issue for each university at present is determining who will develop these RQs and how they will be developed.
This forum will focus on improving IR capacity from the perspective of supporting quality assurance and the enhancement of learning and teaching. It will discuss the potential approaches and challenges regarding the involvement of the university community, including a diverse range of students, in this process.
