Shuo Huang's (CRPS major) paper accepted and published in international journal!

CRPS 4th year student Shuo Huang's paper has been accepted for publication in the peer-reviewed international journal Frontiers in Sustainable Food Systems (IF: 4.7, CiteScore: 5.2). This study conducted a discrete choice experiment and text-mining data analysis to determine the preferences of young Japanese and Chinese consumers for alternative meats. The results revealed similarities and differences between the preferences of young Japanese and Chinese consumers and the need for promotional strategies tailored to these preferences in order to promote alternative meats.
