Other Graduate School Course Registration System
(Takenkyuka Kamoku Juko Seido)

This system is available for students in the Professional Degree Program, Master’s Degree Program, and the 1st and 2nd year of the Integrated Doctoral Degree Program.

1. About the System

This system allows Ritsumeikan graduate students to take courses offered by other graduate schools at Ritsumeikan University that they do not belong to.
With approval from their academic adviser, students may take courses that are judged to be educationally beneficial for their academic plan or research.
Up to 10 credits earned from other graduate schools, including external graduate schools, can be counted toward the student’s current degree program.

2. Eligibility

Students in the Professional Degree Program, Master’s Degree Program, and 1st or 2nd year of the Integrated Doctoral Degree Program.

3. Courses Offered

The 2025 edition is now available.

There is a list of courses available for registration (PDF).

You must check the Online Syllabus for the course outline of each subject.

Course schedule, day/period, instructor, and classroom are subject to change. Please be sure to confirm the latest information on manaba+R before classes begin.

4. Registration Method

  1. Select the course you wish to register for.
    You can check the list of eligible courses after April. Refer to the Online Syllabus for course details.
  2. Submit the Request form for Enrollment in Courses Offered at Other Graduate Schools.
    The form must include comments from your academic adviser and should be submitted to your graduate school’s administrative office during the registration period.
  3. Register on CAMPUS WEB.
    Access CAMPUS WEB via manaba+R and complete registration during the designated period. This procedure is the same as for regular course registration.

* For lottery-based courses, be sure to register during the lottery-based course registration period.
* Depending on your graduate school, additional application documents may be required. Please consult your graduate school’s administrative office for details.
