College of Global Liberal Arts is located at Ritsumeikan University Osaka Ibaraki Campus (OIC).

OIC is less than 30-minute away from JR Kyoto and Osaka Stations as well as Hankyu Osaka-Umeda Station. It takes about one and a half hours by train or bus from Kansai International Airport.
