I attended the 15th VEAM Conference, where I presented my research titled “Farm Mechanization and Non-Farm Employment in Rural Central Vietnam.” This paper is part of my doctoral dissertation. At the conference, I had the wonderful opportunity to meet and learn from talented young scholars, which significantly contributed to the improvement of my research. I was honored to receive the Best Article Award from the academic committee, an achievement that has further inspired me to pursue my academic dreams.
I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to my supervisor, Professor Koji Shimada, for his invaluable guidance and support throughout the study. I am also grateful for the insightful comments from Dr. Ho Thanh Tam and all of our lab members. This award is a great encouragement, and I am deeply thankful for it.
