Pornchai Prasongchatchai, a master’s student in the Graduate School of Policy Science, received the Best Award (International Presentation Category) at the 3rd TNDR (Thai Network for Disaster Resilience) International Conference.

The theme presented by PRASONGCHATCHAI as the first author is “Factors Influencing the Subjective Well-Being of Elderly Residents in Public Rental Housing Communities: A Case Study of the Chayamadai Complex in Osaka, Japan.” Drawing on Senboku New Town in Sakai City, Osaka Prefecture, a site visited during the Graduate School’s course "Regional Cocreation Study" as a case study, he conducted further research and showed factors influencing the well-being of elderly individuals.
