The Ritsumeikan University (Undergraduate) Matriculation Ceremony and Ritsumeikan University Graduate School Matriculation Ceremony for the Academic Year 2026 (To be Held in April 2026)
As we wholeheartedly welcome new undergraduate and graduate students and their family members from all over the world and across Japan, we will hold the Ritsumeikan University (Undergraduate) Matriculation Ceremony and Ritsumeikan University Graduate School Matriculation Ceremony for the academic year 2026 as described below.
New students and their family members are cordially invited to attend the ceremony at the same venue.

The starting time of the ceremony differs for each college and graduate school. Please see the “Colleges and Graduate Schools” below to check the designated time for your college/graduate school and make sure to arrive at the venue by that time.

- The venue will open 30 minutes before each starting time. Opening time may be changed according to the situation of ceremonies.
- Please arrive early enough to be seated before the starting time of the ceremony.
- Please refrain from coming by car and use public transportation.
- A commemorative lecture for graduate students will be held at the Graduate School Matriculation Ceremony.
