[ISSUE14] QOL
- To be physically and mentally healthy, to feel a sense of well-being, and to live a good life; are these not the core of the concept of quality of life (QOL)? If so, what is required to reach it? To eat good food, see good things, and interact with good things are what is needed. Each person may have slightly different conditions, but each has an equal right to seek better QOL. Suppose one were to encounter difficulties that turn their life upside down. Even in such a scenario, one holds within themselves the power to make small, incremental steps to forge a path forward towards a good life once more. The researchers at Ritsumeikan University hold these thoughts to be true and continue to conduct research searching for the light that shines on people's paths.
