High School Senior Mika Hirano Wins an Award at Entrepreneurs Day
On Saturday, October 3, Mika Hirano, a third-year student at our high school, received the Re-Generation Association Award at Entrepreneurs Day, held on the 36th floor of the Umeda Sky Building.
Entrepreneurs Day is an event that brings together people from different generations to share experiences and learn from one another, highlighting the challenges undertaken by young people, including high school students, as well as innovative practices in education.
Hirano participated in "DOON!Pitch," a session where high school students present their business ideas. She gave a presentation on the development of a career guidance app, a project she has been working on since attending an entrepreneurship camp last summer. Her presentation earned her this award.
This project has also received support from the Maruwa Ikushi Foundation during the current academic year. Building on this achievement, Hirano is now ready to take her project to the next level.
