[WOW] Let's make rainbow-colored chocolates!
notices
With the cooperation of Mr. Kurahashi of Tsukuru Manabu Kyoto Machiya Science Museum,
The students learned about "biomimetics," the use of the forms, functions, and systems of living things in manufacturing.
As an example of biomimetics, we used the mechanism of butterfly and caterpillar wings to make rainbow-colored chocolates without coloring them.
The participating junior high school students' eyes lit up when they saw the completed chocolates glowing in rainbow colors.
