Baseball Club: Commemorative Plate Awarding Ceremony for Winning the Championship Tournament
Ritsumeikan Uji, which won the 105th National High School Baseball Championship Memorial Tournament in Kyoto for the fourth time in the summer, was presented with a commemorative plate to be displayed in the "History of High School Baseball in Kyoto" at Wakasa Stadium Kyoto, the main stadium in Kyoto, with Junpei Tsukamoto as the captain of the team.
This commemorative plate is inscribed with the names of the schools that have won the tournament in successive years, including the former Uji High School, an honor that follows the 101st tournament.
The chief of the Kyoto General Bureau of the Asahi Shimbun newspaper and the president of the Kyoto Prefecture High School Baseball Federation gave congratulatory speeches, and captain Tsukamoto expressed his gratitude.
