We held a Mizuhiki accessory workshop on Saturday, October 28.

Due to the extremely large number of applications received for the first event in July, the decision was made to hold a second event.

Although some students struggled to form the basic Awaji knot with three pieces of Mizuhiki accessories, it was impressive to see them persevere. After getting the hang of it, the students seemed to be using the remaining mizuhiki to make other pieces.

After they were finished, they happily held their original accessories in their hands and showed them to us. Students commented, "This was a valuable opportunity for me to experience Japanese traditions. and "It was difficult, but I felt a sense of accomplishment when I finished. and "It was difficult, but I felt a sense of accomplishment when I was able to do it.
