At the Kyoto Prefectural High School Baseball Federation General Meeting on January 19th, third-year student Rikuto Kitagawa was honored as an outstanding player for the academic year 2023. This recognition was based on his contributions to the runner-up position in the Spring tournament and the championship victory in the Summer Championship. Additionally, in the Japan Student Baseball Association's Outstanding Player Awards, where only one student is selected from each prefecture, the captain of the third-year students, Junpei Tsukamoto, was also recognized.
