On Sunday, February 4, the 35th All-Japan Lake Biwa Cross Country Championships were held at the Hope Hill Cultural Park in Shiga Prefecture. Athletes from the school's track and field team participated in the event as "Japan Association of Athletics Federations (JAAF) registered athletes," and Chiseno Ikeda (Sr. 3) won the women's 6km race, Nodoka Ashida (Sr. 1) came in second, Miyu Fukada (Sr. 3) came in fourth, and Nagi Hirose (Sr. 3) came in fifth. Yua Sato (Sr. 2) won the U-20 women's race (4km).
