10th annual Yale Model United Nations Taiwan
ib
Ritsumeikan Uji's IB Course sent six students and one chairperson to the 10th annual Yale Model United Nations Taiwan (YMUNT). The students spent three days discussing and debating global issues such as the environment, AI, human and wildlife trafficking, and others. YMUNT is one of several MUNs offered by Yale University, and Ritsumeikan Uji sends students each year to Taiwan.
All students performed at an excellent level, and one junior, Chisato Kashi, earned the Outstanding Delegate Award. YMUNT is part of the global and domestic trip offerings that our school helps sponsor each year, and we look forward to returning next year to this prestigious conference.
