Rio Uwamura, a second-year high school student, has passed the entrance audition this March and will be studying abroad at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Danse de Marseille (National Ballet School of Marseille).

For the 2025 academic year, she will take a leave of absence from Ritsumeikan Uji High School. From April to August, she will remain in Japan to prepare for her studies abroad, and starting in September, she will relocate to Marseille, France, to begin her new chapter.
