On June 15, the Ritsumeikan Uji High School American Football Team defeated Otemon Gakuin High School, the reigning fall champions, with a commanding 27–0 victory in the semifinals of the Kansai High School American Football Championship.

The first half saw a close battle between the two teams, with Ritsumeikan Uji scoring the only points through a field goal. In the second half, however, the team gained momentum, adding three touchdowns and another field goal to secure a decisive win.

With this victory, Ritsumeikan Uji advances to the championship final, which will be held on Saturday, June 22. The team looks forward to continuing their strong performance as they aim for the Kansai title.
