From Friday, July 26 to Sunday, July 28, 2025, the High School Baton Twirling Club of our school participated in the 49th National High School Comprehensive Cultural Festival (Kagawa National Cultural Festival 2025) held in Kagawa Prefecture and proudly won the "Good Parade Award."

During the opening ceremony held on the 26th, a vibrant parade featuring high school students from across the country took place. Our Baton Twirling Club performed a collaborative routine with the Baton Twirling Club of Seki Shoko High School from Gifu Prefecture, accompanied by the Kyoto Gaidai Nishi High School Brass Band.

In the presence of Their Imperial Highnesses Prince and Princess Akishino, the team impressed the audience with a confident and synchronized performance. The high level of perfection in their routine earned them the prestigious "Good Parade Award."

On the 28th, the team showcased their routine at Anabuki Arena. Performing alongside top schools from across Japan proved to be a great source of inspiration for our members, offering valuable learning opportunities to further enhance their performance and expressiveness. While delivering a powerful performance that resonated with the audience, the experience also helped members identify areas for improvement and take a solid step toward future goals.

We are deeply grateful for the warm support and encouragement we received from many people in the lead-up to this cultural festival. To all those who came from afar to cheer us on and to everyone who supports us daily, we extend our heartfelt thanks.
