The Ritsumeikan Uji Girls' Volleyball Team participated in the 38th Kyoto Private High School Volleyball Championship, which began on Monday, August 4, 2025.

Preliminary Tournament

In their opening match against Kyoto Seibo Gakuin High School, the team maintained sharp focus and executed solid attacks throughout the game, securing a convincing 2-0 victory. This win led them to advance to the final tournament.

On the following day, Tuesday the 5th, the team faced Kyoto Bunkyo High School in the first round. In a fiercely contested match that went to a full set, they emerged victorious with a 2-1 win. In the second round, they faced Kyoto Ryo-yo High School, but despite their efforts, were defeated 0-2.

Team Growth and Gratitude

The team achieved a Top 16 finish in this tournament. In every match, the players gave their all with determination in each rally. Whether on the court or cheering from the bench, the unity and team spirit were truly inspiring.
